How Automatic order payment works

When you get a Shopify order, it will be instantly synced and shown in your Dropast account. and the first step is to manually pay the Taobao product cost, however, if you enable the automatic payment setting, you can save time by skipping this step.

Steps:

1. Simply go to the order settings and select "Automatic" in the section "Order Payment"
2. Then click Save to enable the automatic payment setting.

If your Dropast balance is insufficient to cover the order payment, your order status will be "Payment Failed", and you will be able to manually retry the payment.

Note that the setting is not retroactive, which means that orders that were in the "Waiting Payment" status before you enabled the automatic payment setting will not be automatically paid.
