Status
Waiting Payment
This means that the order is correctly synchronized in Dropast and only needs to make a payment through your eWallet balance. Once paid we will purchase products from the Taobao seller and receive them in our warehouse to make the shipping package showing the available carriers.
Steps:
- Go to Orders
- Click
- Click PAY
- Click CONFIRM AND PAY
Paid
This means that the order is correctly synchronized and paid in Dropast. The next step is waiting for all of the products to arrive in our warehouse, then we will send you a payment request for shipping fees.
Waiting Shipping Payment
This means that all products of the order have arrived in our warehouse and the shipping package is ready to send out. You will see all carriers available with relevant shipping fees for each of them. You can choose the carrier on your own
Steps:
- Go to Orders
- Click
- Tick the checkbox of the carriers you want to use
- Click PAY
- Click CONFIRM AND PAY
Shipping Paid
This means that the order is totally paid in Dropast (Products Cost + Shipping fees). The next step is waiting that the carriers provide us the tracking number. Usually needs 48 working hours.
Shipped
This means that the order is shipped out.
Steps:
- Go to Orders
- Click
- Click on TRACKING NUMBER
Incomplete
This means that one or more products of the order are not synchronized in Dropast and then with Taobao and Tmall. You can remove them from the order or manually synchronize them. Only if all products of the order are synchronized then you'll be able to pay.
Payment failed
This means that the automatic payment of the order was not successful. Most probably due to insufficient eWallet balance. you can try a new payment manually.
