Product Order Status

When an order is paid we immediately start the fulfillment process and assign a status to each product of the order.

Status

We're Purchasing It

This means that we are purchasing the product from Taobao or Tmall. This step is handled within 24 working hours.

Purchased

This means that we bought the product from Taobao or Tmall. Usually needs 2-3 working days to receive the product from the supplier to our warehouse.

When all products of a single order have arrived in our warehouse we proceed to make the shipping package, weigh it, measure it, and send you the payment request for the shipping fee for each carrier available. You will choose the carrier on your own.

Not available

This means that the product is no longer available on Taobao or Tmall.
