How If Product Cost Changes setting works

Dropast is in real-time sync with Taobao and Tmall, so you will get price updates and notifications for Shopify products synched via Dropast whenever a Taobao cost or local shipping fee is updated by a seller.

Do Nothing

If you choose "Do Nothing", no action will be done if the cost or local shipping fee for a Taobao product synced with your Shopify product changes.

Update Selling Price

If the selling price setting is enabled, the option "Update Selling Price" is enabled instead

If chosen, when a Taobao product synced with your Shopify Product has a change in cost or local shipping fee, your Shopify product selling price is updated accordingly and automatically.

Suppose that the selling price setting is enabled, the "Multiple" value is set to 2, and the price of a Taobao product with free local shipping changes from 70$ to 100$. The selling price is automatically set to 200$ in your Shopify store with this option and in this scenario.

Update Selling and Compare at Price

Only if the selling price and compare at price settings are enabled, then it is enabled too.

If chosen, when a Taobao product synced with your Shopify Product has a change in cost or local shipping fee, your Shopify Product selling price and compare at price are updated accordingly and automatically.

Assume that the selling price setting is enabled with the "Multiple" value set to 2 and that the compare at price setting is enabled with the "Multiple" value set to 3, and the price of a Taobao product with free local shipping changes from 70$ to 60$. The selling price is automatically set to 120$ while the compare at price is automatically set to 360$ in your Shopify store, with this option, and in this scenario.
