How to Enable Automatic Payment for Orders in Dropast
When a customer places an order in your Shopify store, the order is automatically synced into your Dropast account. By default, you need to manually confirm and pay the cost of the product. However, Dropast offers an Automatic Payment option to streamline your fulfillment process.
Enabling this feature can save you time and help speed up order processing — especially if you're managing high-volume sales.
⚙️ How to Enable Automatic Payment
To activate automatic payment for your synced Shopify orders:
- Log in to your Dropast account
- Navigate to Settings → Order Settings
- Locate the “Order Payment” section
- Select “Automatic” from the available options
- Click “Save” to confirm the setting
💳 What Happens After Enabling It?
- When a new Shopify order syncs into Dropast, the system will immediately attempt to deduct the product cost from your Dropast balance
- If your balance is sufficient, the payment is processed automatically
- If your balance is insufficient, the order status will be set to “Payment Failed”
You can manually retry the payment once your balance is topped up.
🔁 Important Notes
