If you've placed an order through Dropast and need to change the shipping address, it's important to act quickly to ensure the package is updated before it's dispatched. While address edits can't be made directly within the platform, our support team can assist.
✏️ How to Request an Address Change
To update the shipping address on an existing order:

Include the Following Details
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

The Order ID from your Dropast dashboard
The new shipping address, including:
- Recipient name
- Full street address
- City, state/province, ZIP/postal code
- Country
- Phone number (if required for delivery)
⚠️ Important Notes
- Address changes can only be made before international shipment is paid and booked.
- Once the shipping fee has been paid and the package dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
