How and When Invoices Are Issued in Dropast
Invoices in Dropast are automatically issued only after an order is paid, including both product cost and international shipping fees. These official documents are essential for your accounting and record-keeping — and are easily accessible within your account dashboard.
🔍 Note: Topping up your Dropast balance does not generate an invoice. Invoices are only tied to completed order payments.
🧾 When Is an Invoice Issued?
- An invoice is generated only when:
- You have handled an order through Dropast and

The order has been fully paid, including product and shipping fees
You will not receive an invoice when:
- You top up your Dropast balance
- The order is pending or not fully paid

- Go to your Dropast Transaction List
- Locate the relevant completed transaction
- Click to download the invoice directly in PDF format
