How to Manually Sync a Shopify Order to Dropast

Normally, orders containing products synced with Dropast are automatically imported into your Dropast dashboard. However, if you need to manually sync a Shopify order for any reason—such as sync delays or technical interruptions—you can do so in just a few steps.

🔄 Steps to Manually Sync an Order

1. Locate the Shopify Order ID

  • Log in to your Shopify Orders Backend:

  • Find and click on the order you wish to sync.
  • In your browser's address bar, you’ll see a URL similar to:
https://admin.shopify.com/store/your-store/orders/6464369590518
  • Copy the Order ID (the long number at the end). In this example:

    6464369590518

2. Sync the Order in Dropast

  • Log in to your Dropast dashboard at app.dropast.com
  • Go to the Orders section

  • Click on the “Sync Order” button
  • Paste the Shopify Order ID you copied earlier
  • Click “Synchronize Order” to import it into Dropast

✅ What Happens Next?

Once synced, the order will appear in your Dropast Orders dashboard with the latest details. If any products in the order are linked to marketplace items (e.g., Taobao), they will be processed normally.

⚠️ Important Note

The order you are trying to synchronize must contain at least one product that is already synchronized with a marketplace via Dropast (e.g., Taobao, Tmall, or 1688).

If none of the products in the order are connected to a marketplace via Dropast, the system will return an error and the synchronization will fail.

This is because Dropast can only process and manage orders for products that are linked to marketplace items within the platform.
