How to Cancel Your Dropast Subscription

If Dropast no longer fits your current workflow, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and removes your store’s connection with Dropast. This guide outlines how to cancel either via Shopify or directly from the Dropast dashboard.

❌ How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Dropast subscription using one of two methods:

Method 1: Cancel via Shopify

  1. Go to Your Shopify Admin

    Log in to your Shopify store.

  2. Uninstall the Dropast App

    From the Apps section, find Dropast and click Delete.

  3. You're Done

    Uninstalling the app will automatically cancel your Dropast account and subscription.

Method 2: Cancel via Dropast Dashboard

  1. Log In to Dropast

    Visit app.dropast.com and sign in.

  2. Open Subscription Settings

    Click “Manage Subscription.” You’ll be redirected to the Dropast pricing page.

  3. Initiate Cancellation

    Click “Cancel” on your active Dropast plan.

  4. Provide Feedback

    Select a reason for cancellation to help us improve.

  5. Confirm Cancellation

    Click “Confirm” to complete the process.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Immediate Effect: Cancellation is applied instantly. You won’t be able to access your Dropast account afterward.
  • Data Deletion: All products and sync data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

  • Shopify Billing:

    If your free trial has ended, Shopify may charge a prorated amount based on their billing schedule.
