How to Recover Your Dropast Password

Forgot your Dropast password? No worries — recovering access to your account is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to reset your password and get back to managing your sourcing and store integrations without delay.

🔁 Steps to Recover Your Password

1. Go to the Password Recovery Page

   Visit app.dropast.com/password-recovery.

2. Enter Your Email

   Input the email address associated with your Dropast account (this is typically the email used with your Shopify store).

3. Click “Reset”

   Click the Reset button to initiate the recovery process.

4. Check Your Inbox

   You’ll receive an email with a reset link.

   Once you click the link, a follow-up email will be sent containing your new automatically generated password.

📝 Important Notes

• Shopify Integration Required

  Make sure the Dropast app is installed on your Shopify store and that your subscription is active to recover your password.

• First-Time Setup

  When your Dropast account is first created, it uses your Shopify account email and a system-generated password. This can be reset at any time using the steps above.
