How to Install the Dropast App on Your Shopify Store

Dropast makes it easy to source products directly from Taobao, Tmall, and 1688 — and seamlessly connect them to your Shopify store. Installing the Dropast app is the first step to unlocking streamlined product sourcing and automated fulfillment. This guide walks you through two simple installation methods so you can get started quickly.

🚀 Installation Methods

You can install Dropast on your Shopify store in two ways:

Method 1: Install Directly via Dropast Website

  1. Go to app.dropast.com

    Click “Connect your store with a 7-Day Free Trial → Get Started.”

  2. Select Your CMS

    Choose Shopify when prompted.

  3. Confirm Installation

    You’ll be redirected to your Shopify admin dashboard. Follow the prompts to approve the Dropast app installation.

  4. Choose a Subscription Plan

    Once the app is installed, you’ll be redirected to the Dropast plans page. Select the plan that best fits your needs.

  5. Approve Subscription in Shopify

    You’ll be taken back to your Shopify admin Dropast app page to confirm and approve the subscription.

  6. Access Your Dropast Account

    After approving the subscription, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page. Here you’ll find your Dropast account email and an auto-generated password. Make note of these details — you’ll use them to log in at app.dropast.com.

Method 2: Install via Shopify App Store

  1. Visit the Shopify App Store Listing

    Go to the Dropast app listing in the Shopify App Store.

  2. Click “Install”

    Follow the on-screen prompts to install the Dropast app.

  3. Confirm Installation in Shopify

    You’ll be redirected to your Shopify admin panel. Approve the installation when prompted.

  4. Select Your Plan

    After installation, you’ll be taken to the Dropast plan selection page. Choose the plan that works best for your business.

  5. Approve Your Subscription

    You’ll return to Shopify to approve the app subscription.

  6. Log In to Dropast

    On the confirmation page, you’ll receive your Dropast account email and auto-generated password. Keep them handy to access your dashboard at app.dropast.com.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • 7-Day Free Trial: All new installations come with a 7-day free trial. Please note that uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not reset the trial period.
  • Subscription Required: You must approve a subscription plan to access the Dropast platform at app.dropast.com.
