⭐ Step-by-Step: Importing and Exporting Reviews

Step 1: Install the Dropast Chrome Extension

  • Download the extension from the Chrome Web Store
  • Make sure it's activated in your browser before visiting the marketplace

Step 2: Navigate to the Product Page

  • Visit the product page on Taobao, Tmall, or 1688 from which you want to extract reviews
  • Click the “Load Reviews” button in the Dropast extension panel

Step 3: Scroll and Load Reviews

  • Scroll through and navigate the product page slowly or at a moderate pace

  • This helps the extension capture review data, including images, ratings, and text

    As reviews are fetched:

    • The user avatar will update to the Dropast logo
    • If a review has already been captured, the logo will show a green dot to indicate success
