How Shopify shipping confirmation email works
When a Dropast order is shipped out, you can opt to automatically send your customer a Shopify shipment confirmation email with the order's tracking number.
Steps:
- Go to your Dropast account's order settings and enable the function "Send Shopify email to customers"
- Then click Save.
Dropast will send the Shopify shipping confirmation email to your client automatically just by submitting the tracking number and using the email template you set in your Shopify account. The email will not contain any references to Dropast and will be sent through your Shopify store, so don't be concerned about this.
